slow room service unreliable wi-fi
the location was acceptable for my meetings.
I found the room service slow (it took over an hour for a simple order). furthermore, the in-room wi-fi was unreliable. I had constant connection drops. this significantly hindered my ability to work from the room.

great location spacious room helpful staff
i was thrilled with the hotel's location! it's super close to the royal ontario museum. the room had a minibar (a nice surprise!) and felt very spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful.

central location helpful service meticulous cleaning organized space
the location was central! the staff provided consistently helpful service. my room was cleaned meticulously each day. it felt especially nice returning to an organized space every evening.
the shower pressure was a little low, almost like showering under a watering can, still, i managed just fine.

the beautiful king room was spacious and very clean. it had excellent soundproofing, so street noise wasn't noticeable even on a lively street. the comfortable bed ensured restful nights with premium bedding and a selection of pillows. the bathroom had premium toiletries.
